Our Four Pillars & SEAM Discipleship

Suit and Shepherd was established to serve as a champion and guide to help other Christian Business Owners and Senior Leaders implement a SEAM discipleship plan and similar giving strategy for their own businesses.

    We believe shared experiences are vital to learning and growth. Not to mention, it’s just FUN when we come together! Some experiences include:

    • Worship and Prayer retreats as a cohort with spouses.

    • Virtual gatherings to discuss teachings and readings.

    • Invitation to attend JH Family corporate office and one of their monthly All-Staff meetings.

    • Shared meals together.

    • Mentor – regular one-on-ones with John Houston

    • Guide – regular meetings with a Suit and Shepherd team member who will guide you through the journey.

    • Cohort – build relationships with other business owners and senior leaders who are going through the Suit and Shepherd program.

    • Deepen your relationship with your spouse and children through family-focused content.

    • Deepen your relationship with your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Suit and Shepherd was founded by John and Tracy Houston. The Houstons started their first company, John Houston Homes, in 2005 for the purpose of Reaching People for Christ and Giving to the Kingdom.
