For the past several years, I have done my best to provide insight from my story & experience to lend wisdom and inspiration to your life as I seek more. I consider it a privilege to share the hope within me. Jesus has done so much for us, and sharing His love inspires me to live each day to the full. Now, our team is on an exciting new journey - the start of Suit & Shepherd.

Suit & Shepherd is more than just a company; it's a movement with a profound purpose. Its core mission is to make disciples and champion and guide Christian business owners and leaders in implementing a SEAM discipleship plan and a similar giving strategy within their own businesses.

So, what is Suit & Shepherd all about? At its heart, this company stands on four sturdy pillars: Support, Resources, Experiences, and Relationships. These pillars are the foundation for our lives, families, and work, each contributing to the spiritual, leadership, and professional growth of Christian business leaders and their businesses.

●       Support: Business Owners, CEOs, and Senior Leaders have unique needs only a few others understand. Suit & Shepherd wants to help them carry their unique burden and surround them with the support and care of others on a similar journey.

Share each other’s burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.

●       Resources: Throughout the Suit & Shepherd Journey, members will gain access to numerous resources. To name a few:

○       Discipleship plan to refine the heart of Kingdom-minded business leaders

○       Suit & Shepherd Transformation Program aimed to help business owners design and implement a strategy to reach people for Christ and give to the Kingdom

starting with the people closest to us in the community of faith.

●       Experiences: We believe shared experiences are vital to learning and growth. Not to mention, it’s just FUN when we come together! Some experiences include:

○       Worship and Prayer Retreats as a cohort with spouses

○       Virtual gatherings to discuss monthly teachings and readings

Let us not neglect our meeting together, as some people do, but encourage one another, especially now that the day of his return is drawing near.

●       Relationships: A relationship with Jesus is the foundation of what we do. And then comes each other. The Suit & Shepherd Journey is committed to nourishing relationships, some of which are with:

○       Mentor - regular one-on-ones with John Houston

○       Cohort - build relationships with six other business owners and senior leaders through the Suit & Shepherd program.

○       Deepen your relationship with your spouse and children through family-focused content.

○       Deepen your relationship with your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one - I in them and you in me - so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

SEAM Discipleship, Suit & Shepherd’s central approach, is an acronym that represents our strategy to cultivate a family environment where employees are cared for and exposed to God’s love:
